Thank you for shopping at gadi place. gadi place strives to deliver the best service to our customers and share the beauty of K-beauty, ensuring satisfaction with our products.

Damaged Products

  • Customers must provide the order number, invoice, photos of the damaged products, and, if possible, photos of the packaging at the time of delivery for review.
  • Refunds for damaged products are processed based on internal policies and regulations, depending on the extent of the damage.
  • Re-shipment of the product is not available. We appreciate your understanding.

Missing Products

  • Customers must provide the order number, invoice, photos of all the products received, and, if possible, photos of the packaging at the time of delivery for review.
  • If the invoice is not available, it may not be possible to confirm the product and process a refund.
  • Re-shipment of the product is not available. We appreciate your understanding.

Returned Products

  • Return requests must be made within 14 business days of receiving the product.
  • Please submit your return request via the gadi place chatbot. After submitting the request, we will confirm if the return is eligible and notify you accordingly.
  • Once you receive confirmation that the return is eligible, you must provide the tracking number via the chatbot within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.
  • Returned products must maintain their original packaging and condition (unopened, unused, and undamaged). Otherwise, the return may be rejected.

Returns or Refunds Are Not Eligible In the Following Cases:

    1. If more than 14 days have passed since the delivery date.
    2. Products show signs of use.
    3. Products are intentionally damaged.
    4. Products are returned without prior approval from customer service or after a return request has been rejected.

All returns must be sent to gadi place warehouses.

Returned products will be reviewed and processed after arriving at the warehouse.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the return process is completed.

Refund Methods

Customers can choose from the following refund options:

1. gadi place Store Points

  • NUpon confirmation of your response, points will be immediately credited to your account.
  • Credited points will expire after six months.

2. Original Payment Method

  • Refunds will be made to your payment account (payment gateway) used at checkout.
  • Refunds take a minimum of 2–14 business days to process.

Returns Due to Customer Responsibility

  • For returns initiated due to customer errors or requests, the refund amount will exclude shipping fees.
  • Even for orders shipped with free shipping, gadi place pays shipping fees to the courier, and these fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Note!

  • If the refund amount is negative after deducting shipping fees, customers must transfer the remaining amount to gadi place's PayPal account.
  • Amounts paid with points can only be refunded as points.

Refunds for Allergic Reactions or Skin Issues Are Not Available

  • Returns or refunds are not provided for allergic reactions or skin issues caused by products sold by gadi place.
  • Please carefully review product ingredients and information before purchasing.

Loss During Return Shipping

  • gadi place is not responsible for losses occurring during return shipping.
  • Customers are advised to use reliable shipping services to ensure the safe return of products.

Review of Returns and Refunds

  • All return and refund requests are subject to internal review and approval by gadi place and may be rejected without prior notice.
